Cancellation & No-Show Policy Your appointment time is reserved especially for you! I understand that life happens and unexpected circumstances arise. However, last-minute cancellations and missed appointments leave valuable time that often cannot be filled. To ensure fairness to all clients and respect for my time and business, the following policy applies: Cancellations & Rescheduling: Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the total scheduled services. No-Shows: Missed appointments without prior notice will incur a fee of 100% of the total scheduled services. Cannot rebook until balance is paid. Illness & Emergencies: I understand that unexpected situations happen, including illness and emergencies. While I appreciate you staying home when sick, the cancellation policy still applies. Exceptions may be made at my discretion. Outstanding Fees: Any unpaid cancellation or no-show fees must be paid before booking another appointment.
